Shipping from our partners

Outlaw Ivy Co. works with multiple suppliers who ship items directly to you. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages, with different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Shipping costs and destinations

Available destinations, shipping options, and the total shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Costs depend on the items, supplier, and delivery address. Orders from different suppliers may include separate shipping charges. Any free-shipping offer applies only to eligible items and shipments as shown at checkout.

Trendsi items delivered in the United States

Estimated standard shipping is 2–5 business days for items from U.S. warehouses and 5–10 business days for items from overseas warehouses. Check the product details for its shipping origin. Expedited and overnight shipping are not available for Trendsi items.

Collective partner items

Shipping rates and transit estimates vary by supplier. Review the available options and any delivery estimates at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Supplier processing, weekends, holidays, carrier delays, and customs where applicable can affect arrival. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. When tracking is available, use the shipment links in your shipping confirmation. Separate packages may update at different times.

Questions about your shipment

Check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. For an address correction, delayed or missing package, or damaged delivery, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item involved. We will check with the fulfilling supplier; changes may not be possible once an order is processing or shipped.
